Starting right now, I can help you decrease conflict and build connection with these core principles:
1. UNDERSTAND YOUR CHILD’S TEMPERAMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL LEVEL
Most parent child conflict is due to lack of information on child development. Understanding where your child is at –cognitively, socially and emotionally– fosters communication and creates harmony.
2. CREATE A PARTNERSHIP WITH YOUR CHILD
Discover how to join with your child for a lifelong partnership without putting your own needs and feelings on hold.
3. REAP THE VALUE OF YOUR MISTAKES
It’s not what happens, it’s how we handle it that really matters. Being imperfect is the key to connection and trust. Learn how you really can be yourself and find your authentic voice as a parent.
4. KNOW YOUR OWN STORY
Awareness of our own feelings is actually the most important part. Let me show you how developing your personal narrative is the foundation for effective parenting.
